Fab post! Thanks for this. So important to read these clauses through a lens of being protected when folks at the other end drag their feet or don't otherwise do their jobs diligently.

As I was reading this, Susan, I had one word--that Laura stole. It's still brilliant. Talk about the fine print. And, you got me back into my "negotiator" mode. These are definitely small-ticket seeming items that can turn out to be nightmare big-ticket problems. Thank you for spotlighting them for us!
