LOL, Karen. I KNEW Laura was gonna comment on pop-ups because, yes, she hates them. I'm on the fence about them. I don't mind them if they can be easily moved out of the way or escaped from. I detest them when they are an all-or-nothing thing.

One thing to consider...a lot of mobile-ready themes allow you to turn off pop-ups in mobile view. See if your theme has a box that can be checked (or unchecked) about pop-ups.
