I would highly recommend Word Weavers International. There are chapters all over the United States and several internationally--online and in-person. It's an organization that's been around since the mid 90s and is well-respected in the publishing community.

Ann, you're going to LOVE it! Best writer thing I've ever been to - it has a program, but it's also okay to sit on the patio, listen to the fountains tinkling, and write. And have margaritas brought to you. The camaraderie at that retreat sustains me all year.
