I'm right with you, Miffie. Getting my brain to shut off so I can sleep, or stay asleep, is always a struggle. I tend to go in cycles of shorter and shorter nights, then one or two long luxurious sleeps and slowly back to shorter again. I'm glad naps work for you. (Bet you already know you can move the clock across the room so you have to get up to turn off the alarm. Yeah. I don't do it either. lol)
