You can change those tabs - did you know that? If you are in Gmail, click on the gear in the upper right hand corner. You can play with the settings in the window that appears. It can be fun to try different ones and see which ones make you more productive. It is fascinating how changing the presentation of a thing can change the perceived importance of it.
