It still is. On the down side, so much about getting the word out and telling the world my little books exist, fall on me. The every day challenge is exhausting and sometimes feels defeated. I'm at the point where I am up for anything. I'm saving this article for updates. Maybe something positive can happen. All I can do is keep trying. Right?

Honestly, I'd love if there were more remote roles in the publishing industry. It's not feasible for me to jump ship to a metropolitan area at the drop of a hat. I'd love to participate in internships and learn from the best in the field, but there needs to be more remote growth. And if these roles pay well, that's even better.
