I hear you regarding emotions. That is involved in so much. I tend to do something else for a while and go back to the laptop afterward.

Tai Chi movements help me return to a calmer state, particularly Passing Clouds.

Mexico was beautiful. The majority of the people we met were lovely, and the food ... wow. We came back to the US after a few years, but it was definitely worthwhile living in different country--learning more about a different culture. We had some eye-opening moments.
