This is terrific, and I wish I had it when my last book came out. Great, useable information and really well presented. Thank you! As for struggles encountered in book marketing... like many of us, I fear being too 'sales-y.' Also, there are the cross-cultural challenges and also just the time involved. I weigh every hour spend marketing against time *not* spent actually writing.
